By accessing our www.notarypublic.global (“Website”) and instructing Notary Public Global (“us”, “we”, “our”) to carry out in-person or online notarisation, witnessing or certifying of documents (“Services”), you are bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
- We cannot guarantee that the third-party receiving documents notarised by our Services will accept them. We take no responsibility for the refusal of any third-party to accept a document notarised through our Services.
- We do not verify the content or legality of the documents you wish to notarise. We witness the signing of documents and verify the identity of the signers only.
- By using our Services, you represent and warrant to us, on a continual basis that the content of any document produced to us is true, accurate and not forged in any way; and that you have not misled, or deceived us, or our notaries. Any such activities will result in termination of Services and could lead us to report the matter and may lead to legal action. You shall indemnify us for any loss incurred by us, as a result of, our provision of the Services to you.
- Your privacy is important to us. We shall obtain certain personal data from you, as necessary for the compliance with our mandatory client due diligence requirements and in order to provide the Services to you. Failure to comply or the results of our due diligence may result in our rejection of your instruction.
- We may change these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at last updated date above. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of any changes, constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
